Warranty & Return Policy

We take great pride in our products, focusing on quality and detail.  We inspect each product throughout the build process and a final inspection upon shipment.

We strive to deliver the best quality items possible. If you're not completely happy with your purchase when it arrives, please contact us ASAP, we want to know.

Please notify us right away if a product was damaged in shipping or an item was lost in the mail.  This gives us the opportunity to help rectify the problem.

Products can be returned for a refund within 7 days. Products must be returned in original condition and packaged well for the return. Shipping cost and packaging is the customer’s responsibility.

The Hammond Workshop is not responsible for misuse, neglect or exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity.  Care Instructions are included with each product sold and available on our website.
